2. What data we collect and why

Contact and training forms

When you submit a form we collect the details you enter — typically your name, company, work email, website or Amazon store URL, budget range, marketplaces, topics of interest and your message. We use this data to respond to your request, prepare a proposal or audit, and manage our relationship with you. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Scorecard download

When you request the Amazon Ads Scorecard we collect your email address to deliver the download and, with your consent, to send occasional Amazon advertising insights. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Technical data

Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps to keep the site secure and available. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics (optional)

If you accept optional cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand how the site is used. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). See our Cookie Policy.

3. Who we share data with

We use carefully selected service providers (processors) to run this website: our web host (Hostinger), our form-delivery provider (Web3Forms), our anti-spam provider (hCaptcha by Intuition Machines) and, if you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics. We also use our email provider to communicate with you. We do not sell personal data. Where providers are located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

4. How long we keep data

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if we work together, for the duration of our relationship plus the period required by applicable law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are deleted within a short retention period set by our hosting provider.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email alex@newagenz.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

6. Security

This site is served over HTTPS and our providers apply industry-standard security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Children

This site is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
